Electrification Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrification Engineer to support the development and integration of electric powertrain systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with product development, testing, and manufacturing teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and safe electrified solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and integrate electric powertrain and electrification systems
- Work on battery systems, motors, controllers, and wiring harnesses
- Develop system architectures and electrical layouts
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrified systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
- 2+ years of experience in electrification or electric vehicle systems
- Strong knowledge of motors, controllers, batteries, and power electronics
- Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with testing tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in electric vehicle or mobility sector
- Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS)
- Familiarity with safety standards and electrical regulations
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and validation
- Good documentation and communication skills
