About the Role
We are looking for an experienced EV Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and management of electric vehicle charging and supporting infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in scaling our EV ecosystem while ensuring reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage EV charging infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of charging stations
- Coordinate with vendors, utilities, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and operational costs
- Develop infrastructure expansion strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of experience in EV infrastructure, power systems, or utilities
- Strong understanding of EV charging technologies (AC, DC fast charging)
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and grid integration
- Experience managing vendors and infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with public and fleet charging infrastructure
- Familiarity with renewable energy integration and energy storage
- Knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols
- Understanding of government EV policies and incentives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
